The REARC Genesis
As students, founders Akshay and Jaseeb navigated a world filled with academic pressures and career uncertainties. They saw a glaring gap: a disconnect between the classroom and the real world, leaving countless ambitious individuals without a clear roadmap to success.
This shared frustration wasn't a complaint; it was a call to action. They envisioned a single, unified ecosystem that could guide a person from the moment they question their career path to the day they launch their own venture. REARC was born from this personal mission—to be the comprehensive guide they never had.

The Foundation: Rearc Mentoring Solutions
Our first step was to solve the most immediate problem: admissions. We created a personalized mentorship program to guide students to the right college and course.
September 2024
The Engine: Rearc Edu
We realized guidance needs data. Rearc Edu became our diagnostic and development engine, using aptitude tests to inform our mentoring and providing skill-based courses to make students placement-ready.
June 2025
The Gateway: Rearc Recruiters
To complete the cycle from education to employment, we launched our recruitment wing. It connects the skilled talent from our ecosystem directly with career opportunities.

The Launchpad: Rearc Sales Mastery
We saw a different ambition: to build. This division serves as an entrepreneurial launchpad, offering mentorship and strategic support for students and budding businesses aiming to create their own success stories.
